Categorization of Street Performance in Japan
I'll show you several types of street performance recently seen in Japan,
and new idea "Ghost" approach.
There are 4 types of street performance.
1. "Small Venue"
This is the most popular way in these days.
Performers make "small venue" on the street.
Most of their music are Japanese Pops ,
and they make loud sound by speakers.
Their concerns are usually self-aggrandizing.

This is a traditional way of street performance.
Most of their performance are very technical and awesome.
Solo guitar or bass or drums instrumental performance are typical on this way.

4. "Ghost"
This is my proposal approach.
Performers are "unconsciousness" of the city in this way.
They are like background music of the city.
Objective of this way is to create feel good place of us on the street.

Their performance are radial, violent, or destructive.
It's anti-social performance.

2008年より活動を開始。向山聡孝(Guitar/Violin/Dub effects)、宮城太一(Drum)、中島一城(Bass)、野崎巌(Guitar)、mitchel(VJ)の5人編成。ダブ〜即興・ジャムまで、 様々なシーンを吸収した音、そしてmitchelによる映像とのリンクから生まれる「破壊と創造の無限ループ」は観る者を圧倒する。
2010 年2月に《ROVO》の岡部洋一、《DRY&HEAVY》のAo Inoue、《ex.PHAT》の藤原大輔など世代を代表するアーティストをフューチャーした1st Album『DUB PHALANX』を発表。レコーディング＆ミックスにGOK SOUNDの近藤祥昭。ジャケットデザインはazusa(nandii)が担当。
現在は渋谷PLUGで開催のイベント『DISSECTED』を主催。
【nomad】散文作家として活動中の一村征吾と都内ライブハウスや音楽フェスの制作・オーガナイズを手掛ける亀井達也の二人を中心に２０１１年に結成されたユニット。「音楽」から湧きあがってくる「風景」を「物語」に書き起こし演奏と共にリーディングするスタイルでライブ活動を始める。現在、インストゥルメンタルバンドqiiのギタリスト外川良が加入し、三人編成。CLUB KING 主催のArtイベントや茂木健一郎氏がオーガナイズする震災復興イベント「闇ノ 中ノ光」にてリーディングライブを行うなど都内ライブハウス・ギャラリー・カフェのイベントを中心に月４回程度のライブ活動を行う。

長編小説「マジックランタンサーカス」でランダムハウス講談社新人賞を受賞し
村上龍氏の推薦文で単行本を刊行。以降、散文作家として活動。
東日本大震災の被災地の子供たちに向けたワークショップ
「じぶんで かんせいさせる えほん」プロジェクトを進行中。
